A restaurant inside Cape Nidhra Hotel in Hua Hin. You can visit even if you are not staying at the hotel, and we enjoyed our meal overlooking the resort-style pool! We ordered spaghetti and fresh juice for two. It also came with complimentary bread, and the prices were not as high as you might expect at a resort—highly recommended!

It was my first time visiting a Disneyland outside Tokyo! The attention to detail in bringing the world of Zootopia to life is incredible. It gets even more dazzling at night, and just walking around is plenty of fun! My pick of the rides is Pirates of the Caribbean. It is on a completely different level from the Tokyo version in terms of spectacle and immersion, so it is worth queuing for!
View moreSpring Airlines flight 9C8792, 14:30–18:10. There were no delays or other issues with the flight, but my checked backpack came back with a hole in its cover… It was a brand-new Osprey AirCover, so that was a bit of a downer. On the other hand, I was glad I’d bought the cover 👍
I used this hotel as a base for visiting Disneyland! It was a great hotel for the price, with a clean room and a lobby that felt luxurious. There’s also a free shuttle bus to the park, but it requires advance reservations, so keep that in mind if you stay here!
